1Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using GenProfile.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2Eligibility and authority

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You may upload only images that depict yourself or a person for whom you have express legal authority to act.
• You are responsible for ensuring your upload, prompt, and resulting use comply with applicable law, platform rules, and privacy, copyright, publicity, and personality rights.

3Services and subprocessors used

The service currently uses the following core providers to deliver the product:

• Google Gemini: image validation, visual analysis, and AI image transformation.
• Vercel Blob: storage of uploaded and generated images.
• Vercel: application hosting, delivery, and analytics.
• Clerk: authentication and account management.
• Stripe: billing, subscriptions, and payment processing.
• Resend: transactional emails and delivery notifications.
• Prisma-backed database infrastructure: operational storage of user, job, consent, collection, and metadata records.

4Uploaded images, generated images, and storage

5Your rights and our license to operate the service

• You retain your rights in uploaded images you lawfully submit.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, analyze, transform, store, and display your uploaded images and outputs as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
• Subject to third-party rights, applicable law, and these Terms, you may use the generated output delivered to your account for lawful personal or commercial use.
• You do not receive any ownership rights in our models, prompts, source code, brand assets, or platform infrastructure.

6Prohibited uses

• Uploading images without the depicted person’s authorization.
• Fraud, impersonation, harassment, doxxing, or deceptive identity use.
• Creating or distributing unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or exploitative content.
• Using the service for minors or for sexually explicit or abusive content.
• Attempting to bypass safeguards, quotas, payment systems, or access controls.

7Deletion, suspension, and termination

You may request deletion of your account and associated content as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created material risk for others, or exposed us or our providers to legal or security risk.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, uniqueness of generated images, or suitability for any specific legal, commercial, or regulatory purpose. Our liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising directly from breach of essential obligations, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service, providers, workflows, and these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be published on this page. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the revised Terms.
